TSAVO
The national park of Tsavo covers an extension of 22.000k2, divided in East Tsavo and West Tsavo, and is thus the biggest park of Kenya and one of the biggest in the world.
It is situated quite close to the coast and therefore is the preferred park for safaris of 2 – 3 days, leaving from and returning to the coast.
As it is so huge it is only minimally affected by the tourist influence and remains one of the most “wild” parks.
Once theatre of the adventures of the first “white hunters” like Denis Finch Hattons and Bror Blixen, today it is home to not only different species of antelopes but also of giraffes, zebras, hippopotamus, buffalos, crocodiles of the Nile, cheetahs and leopards, but also famous for the huge population of elephants, the “red” elephants of the Tsavo, and the “man eating” lions of the Tsavo rendered famous by films.
For the visitor wishing to spend 2 nights there, the visit to East Tsavo and West Tsavo offers not only a large number of animals but also the chance to see completely different landscapes, passing from the semi-dry planes in the East to the green hills and the lava streams in the West, along water-flows and granite formations.
Thanks to these characteristics the safari to Tsavo is recommended for those who want to spend 1,2 or 3 nights in the savannah. In case of longer safaris you can include other parks or reserves.
If you do not find an itinerary here that suits you, don’t hesitate to contact us so that we can work out your safari together.

MAYUNGU ATOLLS
When the tide is low, in front of the fishing village Mayungu emerge almost white sand spits in the middle of the sea.
Here the sea offers its most beautiful performance with greens and light blues running after each other on the coral barrier.
We will swim with mask and fins among the fish of the marine park, we will walk on the atolls and we will enjoy a delicious lunch of shellfish and fish.

CHE SHALE AND THE GOLDEN BEACH
North of Malindi stretches out a very long beach where no houses or hotels are. This is the golden beach, so-named because of the minute particles of gold for which it is well known.
And rendering this place even more magic is “Che Shale”, a little paradise of mats and roofs made of plaited coconut palm leaves; an elegant and wild structure with bungalows situated right on the sand in front of the ocean.
For a one day excursion, or to spend a special night in the magic isolation of the golden beach.
Possibility of excursions with camels and kite surf courses and possibility to combine one of our safaris with a stay at Che Shale.
